This game has a lot of potential. I actually like the sword, locomotion, and concept. The gameplay, animation, graphics, story, and everything else really needs work. This game is super, super beta right now.. I usually don't write reviews, but this game is fantastic! This quickly became one of my favourite VR games. I absolutly love having the scabbard. Unsheathing the sword feels really nice, but putting it back isn't as satisfying. It takes a few clicks of the trigger to get it to go in sometimes. I would also love to see an option for running in the direction the hands are facing insted of the head, so you're able to look around while running. The story is interesting and the ending gets me really excited for whats next! I really hope the next part takes place in a city! Seeing a game like this in present day gets me really excited! I really want to be able to run up a building! I definitely recommend this game!. I thought this game looked cool, and after 30 minutes of playing, I returned it. There's potential here, but it's controls aren't fantastic. To move, you swing your arms side to side to run, which feels fine. However, this causes basic sword combat to be extremely awkward as you are fighting the controls to swing while standing still. Not only that, but the game overall doesn't look fantastic, and the first fight is pretty awful. Just trying to keep track of the boss, or rather any enemy will your character constantly runs is just a nightmare, and overall the levels are just boring and messy. Wait for a price drop or more content or something, but $20 is asking a lot for something with a cool idea, but pretty poor execution.. lasted 30 minutes before i was bored out of my mind. It was 100% hack and slash, you get two super moves and the enemy AI are less then aggressive. The charging of the super move was instant and almost always charged, so it can be abused. The Super Moves are only fun for the first few times you use them as there are only 2. You also get the super moves far too often so you can just spam them and finish the fight in what feels like seconds. There is also 0 tactile feedback when you slice at enemy.The running is okay however i could do with some adjusting. i dont like that you sprint into walls to climb them because it means that youre staring at a really bad texture until you reach the top.The boss battle is one of the most boring things ive ever done in VR. For some reason they stick you in a tiny arena with him so you have barely any space to move without bumping into a wall. I had to quit half way through it as i completely lost interest in where the game was going.Hopefully the game improves dramatically in future updates cause this games is definetely not worth the \u00a315\/$20 people have paid.. This game in it's current state is actually pretty good. The 20$ price tag is a bit heavy, however, for a game where you just kick\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665 It's pretty good.
